jim: My wife and I raised two children with autism spectrum disorders and a laundry list of food intolerances, including soy, egg and peanuts. Feeding them became challenging, costly and wrong-decisions impacted their health. We turned to GFCF foods in the mid-2000s and started this blog to document the journey, share recipes, review products and generally share with others on similar journeys.
